Thank you for the offer to contact you on this, but I will not be coming back for warrenty service on my 2013 gmc Sierra. Very poor communication on what was going on with the repair, why it was doing what it was doing, the reasoning behind in accurate service comments that not only reflect badly on Hewlett, but follow the truck for as long as I own it because the are not true. I have no idea what was actually being done to my vehicle each time through poor communication, no was my reciept reviewed.Very sloppy and dirty work, the mechanic did not clean up his work underneath the truck, and scratched the inside of my truck and left grease hand prints on the inside of my truck, this was communicated to Mari as James evens, and upon getting the vehicle back a third time there solution was to wash the outside of the truck and that wasn't even the problem, it was cleaning up his work underneath/ inside the truck, it looked like it was driven through the sprinklers and given back to me. I greatly appreciate the car payment, which wasn't even for the full amount as promised , but more than anything I want it fixed, I don't want this repair to drip in my garage because it is normal to drip for two to three months and then go away, it didn't drip on the ground when I bought it, shouldn't drip with a warrenty repair Communication from the first time I came in would have proably set better expectations on for what I can expect from my end with this repair or how it behaves according to GM service bulletins, not the third time I come in ,
