I expected to set aside 8 hours on my day off to drive away in a new car. I was pleasantly surprised! Jeff was kind, patient, and very helpful. He entertained my questions and provided me with the information that I felt I required to make my decision. He also had another coworker (forgive me, I forget his name) assist with setting me up for a loan with an APR that was 2/3rds the APR I was all ready to proceed with. My husband and I have been toying with the idea of a new car. Our son is about to get his driver's license and will take over my (older) car. He told us that someone was interested in buying our exact truck with our exact mileage and he could make us a great deal on a new vehicle. We thought that was extremely strange considering we had been thinking and talking about a new Suburban. Aric was extremely flexible about our crazy work schedules, worked with every detail, and really listened to what we were looking for -- he listened so well, that the Suburban he picked out for us to test drive met our needs exactly down to the color -- and that was the Suburban we ultimately purchased.
