If it is possible Could you tell me who your salesman was and your name? I would like to make sure this sort of thing does not happen again. I am not sure if you have read most of our comments so I am not used to this kind of thing happening. Is there anything I can try and do to change your view as I do not like to have unhappy customers and will do what I can to make a difference if possible. My salesman was Aric however I had no issue with him he was fantastic. 2010 K2500 purchased on 6/30/10. 6 hours to complete a transaction w/ all the necessary paperwork done in advance. The entire process by the sales manager and finance department continues to infuriate me everytime I relive the experience.
