The issue came back (this time with the service engine soon light) and I called Juan, who tried to get me in same day - but I had a scheduling conflict. We got in on a Friday and had the car back by Monday afternoon - unheard of for a repair like this, at least in my experience. Some people with the same vehicle had their vehicle at the dealership for weeks for this issue. Big thanks to the mechanics/technicians that worked on my vehicle, too. I really appreciate you guys. I was shopping for a new vehicle and I really appreciated working with Carlos Gutierrez at the Don Hewlett dealership -- I felt like he was very helpful and transparent and I felt very enabled to make my dec working with Carlos Gutierrez at the Don Hewlett dealership -- I felt like he was very helpful and transparent and I felt very enabled to make my decision with all necessary information but without pressure, something I value especially when considering such a large purchase. It was a lengthy event (just over 4 hours, which Carlos had given us a heads up about around the 2.5 hour mark), but Carlos regularly checked on our comfort, kept us apprised of the processes, and even lent me the use of a phone charger when my battery ran out. Additionally, I felt like I ended up with a really great deal without having to haggle back and forth a dozen times. Tyler in finance was also fantastic to work with, and made the process of signing the endless paperwork a very smooth and enjoyable process. I feel like I can confidently recommend Don Hewlett, and especially Carlos Gutierrez, to anyone I know looking for a new vehicle. More

When I leased my first experience with leasiing my first 2022 Envision was not a nice one and despite being a return customer for over 20 years. I decided not to return. My trust was gone. I was introduced to Roy Martinez who understood my concerns and went out of his way to help me find a new 2024 Envision. Bailey Cooper and Cedric Adams were also very helpful. Cedric Adams and the receptionist in the Service Department were helpful in helping me replace the flat tire I had when returning to get the Resistall offered by the manager there.
