John Gonzales, at Don Hewlett, previously sold my son his truck. It was such a smooth and easy experience we immediately thought of him when I decided to buy a new SUV for myself. We shopped the inventory truck. It was such a smooth and easy experience we immediately thought of him when I decided to buy a new SUV for myself. We shopped the inventory on line then coordinated with John to see the Equinox I was interested in the next day. When we arrived John was pulling around from the car wash with the car. It was great! He gave me a quick walk through of the touch screen and we were off on a test drive. Only one was needed, I wanted this car. While John worked the paperwork Chris, from accessories, dropped by to brief me on future options. We drove the car home that night and returned the next day to finalize the paperwork. Brett in finance was awesome and super friendly but best of all he got me a better interest rate than my bank of 30 years!
