Our outstanding sales rep was Joseph Loya. We contacted Don Hewlett Chevrolet Buick over the phone and got connected with Mr. Loya. He quickly identified our goals: (1) trade-in our vehicles and receive a Don Hewlett Chevrolet Buick over the phone and got connected with Mr. Loya. He quickly identified our goals: (1) trade-in our vehicles and receive a good deal; (2) spend as little time as possible at the dealership because of Covid concerns; and (3) purchase a new vehicle. Mr. Loya made it happen! He helped us pick our new vehicle, communicated with us frequently, helped us get a good deal for our trade-ins, and even delivered our new truck.
