The whole transaction was positive and pleasant, and was a great experience for a "first time" purchase. Not only did we get a fantastic price on the car, but Zane gave our daughter the "full orientation," showing her how to use all the car's features, helping set up her Onstar and Chevrolet accounts, and making sure she understood how to navigate the infotainment system.
