Cdw, It's unfortunate that after providing suggested repairs for your vehicle you have chosen to decline our offers of assistance. We operate like many other service repair industries where a diagnostics fee is agreed to up front and is due and owing in the event where the customer declines to make the repairs. One important difference we provide is our 90 day diagnostic fee guarantee: If, within 90 days of paying for professional diagnostic assessment here you decide to have us perform the recommended repairs we will apply those already collected fees towards the price of the ultimate repairs. Of course if the scope or severity of the original concern increases greatly over this time period adjustments to the original estimate will have to be made. Please consider this option as you work to find a solution for your concern with another service provider. Should you decide to seek our help, we'll be ready. Respectfully - - The Hewlett Team
