"My First New Vehicle in 35 Years" Those of you that can, do you remember what it felt like to get that brand new "Red Ryder" BB gun at Christmas? You had looked at them in the Sea Those of you that can, do you remember what it felt like to get that brand new "Red Ryder" BB gun at Christmas? You had looked at them in the Sears catalogue & wished for one when they came on the TV. When Christmas came, there is was. A true thing of beauty, just for you. Well, that's what it felt like to me to get my "brand new" 2014 Dodge RAM 1500 p/u. My wife has been very ill for many years & we haven't had a new vehicle in 35+ years. We had been getting by with "hand-me-downs" from family & friends for many years. I was talking to Stan Seagraves at the Commerce Dodge dealership about getting a used vehicle. Stan has been a good friend for many years and was aware of LuLu's problems & condition. Stan made the deal happen for my 2014 Dodge RAM 1500 and made it possible for us to have a new vehicle. Stan & Bobby worked out the details and got the payment down to what I could pay & the deal was done. It was so "quick & painless" that I didn't believe it was actually done. I was 7 years old again & it was Christmas and I finally had my "Red Ryder" BB gun .... there is no other feeling like that in the world. When the time came, and I was ready to purchase, I was sad to see that this dealer did not have a Trailhawk available. I contacted Stan, and he assured me he could find the vehicle I wanted.
