Purchased a new Jeep Sahara there. Service dept is extremely SLOW, gives no communication for DAYS after vehicle is supposed to be done. No loaner vehicle offered. No apologies. I had my 2020 Dodge Durango towed there so they would be able to read the codes. I was told the fuel pump sensor malfunctioned and was recalibrated. I asked for the codes and was told there were none that w able to read the codes. I was told the fuel pump sensor malfunctioned and was recalibrated. I asked for the codes and was told there were none that were active. This just makes no sense, they got it working and want me to come get it and that is all of the customer service I will get. Hint taken, I will come get my vehicle that was rigged into working and hope it is able to get me home. Due to this experience, you won't catch me purchasing anything from this dealership. More
I will never do business with this dealership. They quoted me a price for a door handle two days in a row. They explained I needed to come out before 3 p.m. to order the part so that It would be deliv quoted me a price for a door handle two days in a row. I took off went over to the dealership only to find that they quoted me the wrong part and the cost was 3 times the quote. I ask to speak with the parts manager. The gentleman who quoted me the wrong price and part said he made a mistake. I explained that it was not a good thing that my time was wasted and the manager felt like I should have know about the part. I explained you are the subject expert and to just shove it off as a minor mistake was very disheartening. Again how service people treat women is so unfair. My time meant nothing to him nor the fact that I was quoted the same price twice in two days. The parts manager says to me Good day and Merry Christmas from behind a wall. I will not every get another oil change or service at this dealership. Please women be aware of the disrespect and the misinformation. I can not give this dealership/parts depart no stars. I can't seem to get the service department or the service manager to respond to me. Answering the phone and responding is important! I've left voicemail for both Stephanie and Doug, but have yet to hear back. My next step is a complaint to the Better Business Bureau and Chrysler Corporation. I'm certain the latter will result in being told that each dealership is independent and there is nothing they can do. Customer service and customer care appear to be nonexistent with this dealership. Caveat Emptor! More
