I have used Don Jackson since 1996 for new cars and service. I had my car serviced and asked for it to be thoroughly checked for an intended vacacation. The Service guy asked if I wanted the battery cl service. I had my car serviced and asked for it to be thoroughly checked for an intended vacacation. The Service guy asked if I wanted the battery cleaned and checked for $ 49-50 charge. I said yes. New brakes were suggested and I agreed, something to clean out the deposits was suggested and I agreed. A 5-600 dollar bill but I felt the car would be road worthy. A week's vacation and I started to come home and the car would not start. A dead, and DRY battery was found to be the problem. How does a battery get dry in 3 weeks after being serviced??? But that was only the beginning. When I arrived at Don Jackson, I got a run around, as if It was my fault the battery was dry. It took a quart of distilled water to fill it up because I put it in there. I never once got an apology, or a " I have no idea what happened but I am so sorry you had trouble." No just a new battery at top price, no cut or discount for being a 16 year customer and left stranded on the road. I called to talk to the manager/owner/CEO/ whatever about the whole process. and Derek Jackson was not in so I left my number for him to call. Guess what, I am still waiting since May 2012. This lack of customer service has made me lose all confidence in the service department and my new vehicle was bought at another dealership and will be serviced at anothet dealership. I do not know what I will find at the new dealership, but I KNOW what I have had. I am so disappointed in Don Jackson Chrysler. More

I called ahead to bring my 2007 Jeep Cherokee in for Transmission work, and a radio wiring issue. I arrived at 7am as scheduled, but had to wait over 30 minutes for my loaner (rental from enterprise) to arrive because that was the soonest they opened (I noted a need for a rental when my appointment was made). Enterprise was very fast and friendly, and this review should reflect nothing negative on their part. Before leaving I was told that I should expect a call around lunch time with a final diagnosis and approximate finish time. I had to continuously call in to get any kind of an update, every time they were rude and seemed annoyed that I was wanting to stay in the loop on the progress of my own car. They didn't end up looking at it till the end of the day, and didn't start work till the day after. They ended up needing to order parts, which took even longer because they ran into the weekend, and I had to fight at the end to get them to cover the end of the rental because they took longer than my insurance was willing to cover because of their own inability to properly schedule appointments and block off appropriate time. The service manager even insulted me to my husband, insulted my husband's profession and intelligence to his face, and refused to answer my calls for information (on my own car) when I requested a 3 way call between the service coordinator and his manager to straighten things out. What started out as a 4-8 hour project ended up as a 1 week fiasco. We sold the car that following week to guarantee we would never have to deal with their service department ever again!!! More
It was the worst experience of my life! My car actually sat on the property for 7 days before it was even diagnosed. Diagnosis was incorrect and I had to return it. Unfair treatment very unethical treatment with no concern for the customer being treated fairly. For a man to own a businessof this magnitude one would think he would want his customers treated fairly. But for the customer being treated fairly.
