After picking up a friend as he was having his vehicle serviced, started looking at vehicles in the lot for his business. Mean while, I got out of my truck as I liked the look of the new 2025 Chevy AT4 a serviced, started looking at vehicles in the lot for his business. Mean while, I got out of my truck as I liked the look of the new 2025 Chevy AT4 and curious of the price. Just about that time the sales rep Joe came out and told us about what was on the truck, pretty much what I thought, it had all the bells and whistles. Keep in mind, I wasn't planning to purchase anything until next year so I was just in the looking stages, and before I purchase I do research on pricing and options. Now I am taking this beautiful vehicle for a short ride and then inside checking pricing. Now Joe finds me several rebates to offer me which swayed me a little closer to the buy. Then Aaron, the credit person comes over and tells me other things they can offer such as oil changes. They were all very friendly and this place was very clean and organized at Don Johnson when I was trying to decide which helped me pull the trigger. I am now the lucky owner of my new 2025 sport AT4 Chevy. Thank You Don Johnson, Joe and Aaron for taking care of a person whom wasn't planning to buy anything! You are awesome! More

nice people as a rule, but nice don't fix your vehicle. Mechanics lack basic skill levels. Threw an expensive part on my truck ($4,000), it didn't do a thing to correct my issue, yet they insist it was nec Mechanics lack basic skill levels. After 2 months of having no clue, they took my truck to a different dealership who fixed it in a day. I bought my truck new here a few years ago, spent almost $8k on repairs at DJ Motors this summer, and they won't return my calls or emails (I've only been seeking a basic explanation of why they put that part on my truck - not asking them for anything else ...) I can deal with mistakes, but a large dealership ghosting a customer is pretty unacceptable in my book. More
