One of the things that will send me out the door of a car dealership fast....is a pushy sales person. Shawn greeted me with a big smile and relaxed manner. I described what I wanted in a car, not knowing what was available and the first car that Shawn showed me was the one I ended up buying. The signing for the car was very smooth and that gentleman...I forgot his name...before hand had asked if I had a relative who had worked for GM, which I did, and I was able to save a little money. I love the Cruze....the looks, it has power when I need it, really fun to drive and the gas savings is wonderful! I am hoping that it will be a trouble free car that will last a long time! More

JAKE IS VERY INFORMATIVE. I TOLD HIM WHAT I WAS INTERESTED IN PURCHASING A NEW VEHICHLE HE SUGGESTED A FEW OPTIONS AND GAVE ME TIME TO REVIEW THOSE OPTIONS. My experience with Don Johnson Motors was very pleasureable beginning with the fact that I contacted them in looking at their cars over the internet and called them to inquire about a vehicle. I live over 3 hrs. from them and because of the great prices they offered decided to make the trek. Danelle wanted to reserve the truck of interest so she called me and helped me reserve the vehicle ahead of time so it would be there when I arrive and not get sold from out from under me. She prepared well by reading the car manual and being very prepared to tell me about all of the features this particlar vehicle had to offer. I secured a very favorable interest rate as they have many banks to use for financing. When I had left their lot and driving home, I got another call from Danelle telling me more information about my vehicle that had not gotten covered, but wanted me to know. This all speaks to professional customer service. I recommend you look at their inventory and prices and make trip to see them, even if it is 3 hrs or more away from where you live. More

It even included Free Auto Check (Car Fax) for the vehicle. From the very first phone call I made, we were treated with friendly, helpful staff. The first sales person I spoke with was very helpful in getting answers to all the questions I had about the used vehicle listed. The vehicle was at another location, she contacted the sales staff there who promptly called to introduce himself and answer additional questions. Being we would be traveling over 130 miles to look at the vehicle they offered to bring it to a closer location or stay after hours to wait on us. I work in customer service and am very critical of other company's service. Don Johnson has it 100% right. More
