Then when I went to pick up the car, I was shown how to operate it by Jake Ritchie .... that was easily the most thorough explanation and training for a new car that I have ever gotten. He was obviously an expert on the myriad of technologies on the Traverse, and he was great at ensuring I understood what he was talking about. He absolutely didn't miss a thing that I needed to know about the car .... and at the end he made sure that I knew I could call him at any time if any questions came up. Don Johnson personally got involved while all of this was going on and made sure that everything went smoothly .... it was great talking to him and sharing coffee while my new car was getting its Xzilon application.
