My husband had a very good experience with Don Johnson Motors when he purchased his new truck a few years ago and convinced me to try them when I needed to replace my Impala. I have been doing some preliminary research on Impalas and came across a possibility at Don Johnson. My email was answered promptly by Jake with a follow up phone call that was inviting but not pressuring and came across a possibility at Don Johnson. I walked on to the dealership and was introduced to Cindy as I wanted to check financing options thru GM Chevy. She is a very knowledgeable and helpful in presenting my options. She then scheduled a test drive with Gene who went over the cars many features, as well as taking care of minor details I would have overlooked after I decided to buy. Eric was very accomodating and helpful in scheduling and answers. Shawn is very helpful and patient while answering the same question,I appreciated that. The price was very good, the car is of course wonderful, the financing is at a favorable rate and term. The deal, I thought, was a good one, so while I had planned on shopping more Gene and Cindy and everyone else made me decide to buy the car now. I enjoy immensly grtting in the Impala and driving.
