I loved the way the website gave multiple pictures of the vehicle and all the options. it was there in plain english so all could see. when I arrived I was not surprised. IE they went ahead and put on new windshield wiper blades. they had the oil changed when it came in. all the fluid levels had to be checked as they were all topped off. I saw no signs of leaking or any issues. when I found an issue they were quick to work out a combined resoltuion. there was a back up in the financing area and they knew I needed to get going so they got my paperwork done and got me out the door as quick as possible. I would recommend Don Johnson to all my closest friends and family let alone anyone who reads this message. thanks again Travis I do love my new Trailblazer !! More
