I arrived and Melanie said hello as she passed. Waited by my car. My service person never said hello. Never asked me anything except to sign something on his IPAD. I asked what was I signing. He said just sign here. I never was asked to review what I was there for. I did say to him that I felt a minimum level of service is to greet someone and review what they are there for. Never had an issue before at dealership. Was surprised. More
