Appt. made....no vehicle available to show or test drive. Over the previous month I had communicated with a customer service specialist, Alison Larson. I made it clear I wanted to see and test drive a Ram P Over the previous month I had communicated with a customer service specialist, Alison Larson. I made it clear I wanted to see and test drive a Ram Promaster 1500. She scheduled an appt. with me on my day off to do just that. I drove to dealership in Cumberland and there were no Promaster to look at. Three of the sales people were indifferent (just kept chatting amongst themselves). One young man, Johnathan, did try and help me. A total waste of my valuable time off. More

Truck purchase When I arrived to the dealership the truck was up front ready to see. The staff are great. I was not given any type of discount or even offered anything for false advertising of the truck. I had my heart set on it though so I still made the purchase.
