When I arrived at the dealership our scheduled appointment the salesmans first words were, " I tried to call you, I have no idea where you cam up with those numbers referring to my trade value." The value was firmly in the middle of KBB and NADA for a vehicle in pristine condition with lots of add-ons. After our initial meet, the salesman ignored me and did not show me the vehicle I was there to see. He then proceeded to haggle with me and even got me to agree to a deal which he then came back and said he could not do. This man was dismissive and almost rude, I cannot tell if some of his comments were playful or insulting. After all this we were not able to come to terms. After one day, I still did not want to deal with thie man however, I called back and made a counter offer... it's been 3 days he has not returned my call. i went back to service another vehicle I have with DonK.
