Took my truck 24 2500 HD in for oil change lube and tire rotation. I asked the service advisor if it includes greasing the front steering and suspension parts, i was told yes they will lube everything. I rotation. I get home and look under the truck and not one to the zerks were greased ,they were still covered with road grim film and no sign of grease anywhere. Call and they said run it back and we will lube it..it would be over 2 hrs of wasted time for me. Send a email asking if they would do a parcel refund or offer a oil change on them next time. No answer back. This is the 3rd time there has been a issue with there work. More

I contacted Jeremy Seeps, on Nov. 12th, about a used GMC Acadia which was listed on their website. He told me about it's features over the phone and having purchased a 2020 Sierra thr 12th, about a used GMC Acadia which was listed on their website. He told me about it's features over the phone and having purchased a 2020 Sierra through Jeremy previously, I knew it would worth a look. So, I made an appointment for a test drive at 9:30, on the 13th. He met us as we pulled up and had the car all ready for us to take it for a local drive. We found everything as he had described. We quickly made our decision, negotiated the deal which we closed on Thursday, in only 40 minutes. Jeremy even took the time to help set up the three month Onstar. I know the next time I am looking for new vehicle, I will be returning to Don Larson and Jeremy Seeps. More

Took my truck in 5 times for squeaky brakes. They basically told me they could nothing for me. This is a brand new truck with 25k. Issues with brakes started with less than 3k miles on it. Asked them for a loaner and would drop off my truck the night before, which is what I had the previous 4 times. Got there and oops we don't have a loaner and there is nothing we can do. Drove 25 miles one way just to be sent home. This is just a couple of the issues I have had with Don Larson. Other minor issues on oil change. They didn't put sticker inside(not a big deal) and they didn't remove the temporary floor mats. These alone are not a big deal, but with everything else they are just icing. More

Beware: Went in for a tire rotation (free service as a result of buying tires from them). Came out with a terribly squeaky wheel, plus my vehicles tires pressure sensor not reading correctly. After service told me to call back if it didn't fix itself, I was back in. Long story short, upon my second trip back (within two weeks from original tire change) was told that I would be charged $180 to have it inspected. After asking why because it was their work which induced this issue, they ultimately the manager said they couldn't guarantee their work. In the end, I asked..."So, just so I'm understanding this correctly, you want to charge me more for fixing a problem that you created? In other words, you don't guarantee your work?" The reply was as bad as I had thought..."Yeah, that's pretty much it." And unfortunately, that's why I will not be going back. I don't ever really write bad reviews, usually only positive, but this was just bad. And if I can save anyone the hassle (and even from the deceptive business practices?) then I'm happy to share my experience over the past couple of weeks. I will be taking my business elsewhere. More
