I contacted Jeremy Seeps, on Nov. 12th, about a used GMC Acadia which was listed on their website. He told me about it's features over the phone and having purchased a 2020 Sierra thr 12th, about a used GMC Acadia which was listed on their website. So, I made an appointment for a test drive at 9:30, on the 13th. He met us as we pulled up and had the car all ready for us to take it for a local drive. We found everything as he had described. We quickly made our decision, negotiated the deal which we closed on Thursday, in only 40 minutes. Jeremy even took the time to help set up the three month Onstar. Took my truck in 5 times for squeaky brakes. They basically told me they could nothing for me. This is a brand new truck with 25k. Issues with brakes started with less than 3k miles on it. My last basically told me they could nothing for me. This is a brand new truck with 25k. Issues with brakes started with less than 3k miles on it. My last appointment was a bust also. Asked them for a loaner and would drop off my truck the night before, which is what I had the previous 4 times. Got there and oops we don't have a loaner and there is nothing we can do. Drove 25 miles one way just to be sent home. This is just a couple of the issues I have had with Don Larson. Other minor issues on oil change. They didn't put sticker inside(not a big deal) and they didn't remove the temporary floor mats. These alone are not a big deal, but with everything else they are just icing. More
