Mom and pop shop feel So i bought my car a few months ago from Don Larson and last week my change oil light came on so i decided to stop by the dealership because when i bo So i bought my car a few months ago from Don Larson and last week my change oil light came on so i decided to stop by the dealership because when i bought the vehicle i was told i had some complimentary service through the new vehicle program. When i arrived i was met at my vehicle with a friendly greeting, and asked how they could help me, i explained my situation, and they explained to me that normally they work by schedule, but they wouldnt hesitate to try and fit me in, i decided to get fit in and they took some information and had me sit in the waiting lounge ( the fresh cookies were great!). About fifteen minutes later Peter came out to let me know that they had gotten my car started and that it would be just a short wait longer. I really appreciate don Larson working to make it work for me and i will definitely be coming back in the future. More

I came in today with my Buick for a routine oil lube service and i could not have been happier, i was greeted at my car by a man named Peter, he smile I came in today with my Buick for a routine oil lube service and i could not have been happier, i was greeted at my car by a man named Peter, he smiled and shook my hand, explained how the process worked and proceeded to get the information from the car and sent back to his technicians, what stood out was the time Peter took to keep me updated while i was waiting for the visit. I will be bringing my car here from now on! More

Bad alternator installed On January 4th, I directed my son to go to a (allegedly) reputable GM dealer. when his charging system failed en-route from Williston,ND to Delaware. On January 4th, I directed my son to go to a (allegedly) reputable GM dealer. when his charging system failed en-route from Williston,ND to Delaware. His Tahoe broke down and had to be towed in sub-Zero temps. Scott Minor called me to authorize repair cost to my CC. I assumed repair would be ethical and competent. NEVER ASSUME! Tahoe alt failed 18 hours later in Indiana-, ALSO sub-freezing! An attempt to resolve issue ended with Scott mockingly encouraging Steve to contact Yelp and/or BBB. Perhaps Small Claims court might be a viable alternative! Cost was 711 $$$+ Dealer informed Mr Steve Reed that Dealer wasn't responsible since the dealer installed a after market part- a "WEAVER Alternator" (THAT THE DEALER RECOMMENDED)!!!!!!!!!! Never had a bad deal from GM- Chevrolet before this as I routinely buy NEW Chevy hi-dollars trucks. I didn't realize that a GM Super-store would be so unprofessional. Mr Larson indicated that He was a part owner and was indifferent to conflict resolution. An Expensive dis-appointment that leaves my son STILL in subfreezing temps _ stranded! I can be contacted @ namhueyvet@aol.com. I am Left to pay for an additional diagnostics charge and repair at a Hopefully Competent Gm Dealer ......SIGH! More
