Brian Basham was so helpful. I test drove several vehicles because I had no clue what I wanted. He had each one ready for me when I came back after the test drives. Loved the service I had buying my 2017 Toyota Highlander last week. Go to someone else, even if it is out of state They are very friendly when it comes to selling or leasing a car, but once you sign that paperwork, the attitude of every employee there changes. They confirmed availability and when I showed up they said it sold a day back. They lied to me over phone, when they intact had sold the car. Bait and switch. They did not even bother to apologize. They don't stand behind their service I bought a convertible from them 1.5 years ago. We noticed when we got it home that there were white stains all over the top and the inside was coming I bought a convertible from them 1.5 years ago. We noticed when we got it home that there were white stains all over the top and the inside was coming apart. We called them and at first they didn't want to replace the top. After some pushing they replaced the top but we noticed after a while it was coming apart on the inside again. We live an hour away so we waited 6 months before calling. When we called they told us to come down to evaluate it. We drove all the way down only for then to tell us the company they sent it to no longer replaced tops. We were told they would think about fixing it but it was up to the sales manager. Over 2 weeks went by with my husband calling every other day. They finally called back and said they won't fix it. I can honestly say I will never buy from them again. We will definitely spend our money elsewhere and will tell everyone we know about our service. More
