Bought a 2015 GMC terrain, as I backed out of the office I noticed the back up camera was foggy and not usable Scott Thompson, gen. A Welcomed Sales Experience! As a single woman dealing with a car salesman, I was not looking forward to the experience, but I was pleasantly surprised at Don Nester's in Roscommo As a single woman dealing with a car salesman, I was not looking forward to the experience, but I was pleasantly surprised at Don Nester's in Roscommon. I wasn't sure how the process would go during this "Covid 19 Stay At Home" time, but it couldn't have gone smoother. Thru phone calls and text messages, Bob Nimke made arrangements for me to test drive the vehicle of my choice. It was waiting out front with the keys in it. No pushy sales person sitting on my shoulder or lurking just around the corner waiting to pounce. I made my offer to Bob and off he went. He presented me with a bag of paperwork to sign while sitting in my car, not a scary dealership filled with vultures. He put my license plate on the vehicle and off I went. Although I couldn't shake his hand or give him a hug, I appreciated that he was able to answer all the questions I had and make me comfortable doing it. If all the salespeople at Don Nester's conduct business in this fashion, Kuddos! What a smooth transaction that was. Thank you, Bob Nimke, for reversing my opinion of the dreaded "Used Car Salesman"! We had our previous vehicle repaired a couple of times at your body shop. Nothing but an all-around great experience so when it came time we decided we would buy our next vehicle from you. Professional The Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD that I bought used for the purpose of a plow truck went to running very ill recently. It was taken to a Chevy dealersh The Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD that I bought used for the purpose of a plow truck went to running very ill recently. It was taken to a Chevy dealership closest to us and was diagnosed as having an expired engine to the price tag of $7500 for replacement. Scott Thompson (sales manager at Nester's that I purchased the truck from in July 19' could not believe the diagnoses when I explained to him what happened. Scott had the truck towed to his dealership at their expense and re-diagnosed it to be a crushed catalytic converter. Between Scott and the service department at Nester's I had the repaired truck delivered to me in two days. Thanks to Scott and Nester's for service after the sale for even a used plow truck w/o a warranty. More
