This service the part is the worst you'll ever see! They had my vehicle 2 months, no communication from the service advisor unless I called. I was being told that there was a delay on parts (lie), then They had my vehicle 2 months, no communication from the service advisor unless I called. I was being told that there was a delay on parts (lie), then the mechanic was working on another vehicle..... I was able to drive my vehicle in, had zero issues with the transmission, but was told it needed to be replaced and was quoted 13k for that service along with the initial issue, so I refused service because I didn't feel comfortable- no I didn't trust them at this point so I had them put it back together. I drove it there without issue, so I expected to drive it to another shop with no issue- WRONG. They put it back together and told me it was READY for pickup so I came in to get it. The vehicle was didn't make it 20 miles, I had to tow it to Austin ($832). Texted the same service advisor and asked what in the world did they do to my vehicle - NO RESPONSE! I don't normally do reviews, but the public needs to be aware that these guys aren't about taking care of their customers. If you work hard for your money please don't take it to them. Find another shop that will do you right! You've been warned. Also look at some of the other reviews, there is a pattern of not giving a bleep about the customer! More
