Very kind and helpful I was on my way to Waco from Round Rock and began experiencing a problem with my vehicle. I exited the freeway looking for a repair shop and Don Ringl I was on my way to Waco from Round Rock and began experiencing a problem with my vehicle. I exited the freeway looking for a repair shop and Don Ringler just happened to be the first place I came upon. I pulled into their service department and was told it would be a while before they could look at it. My husband met me there and as we were waiting, we decided to walk around the lot. We found a 2013 Expedition that we really liked and it was at that point that we met Harold and Kenny. Both were extremely helpful and worked with us on the trade. They drove me to a car rental place so I could get to work in Waco. My husband stayed behind to complete the purchase. That evening, Harold picked me up at the car rental company and took me back to the dealership so I could pick up the Expedition and head home. Overall, it was a great experience and both Harold and Kenny were very professional. They both went the extra mile to help us out. More
