She was happy to take me outside, show me a car, let me get in it and look around, etc. She didn't take me on a test drive, but that's very understandable, given that they were closed. She was very kind and didn't rush me. I was impressed that she'd give me her time even after hours. I didn't buy -- they didn't have exactly what I wanted -- but she was still kind as I left, and encouraged me to come back or contact her again if she could help. More
