I stopped in on a whim and ended up buying a certified used Rav4. Salesman was nice, deal was put together in a timely manner, and I was on my way. The car was not cleaned up to my standards, only half of the front windshield was clean, mud on the bottom inside door panels, it was just not clean. I bought the car on Dec 7th 2020 and approximately 1 month later I get a call from US Bank, the lien holder on my car I traded in, that my car payment was late. Needless to say I was furious. Payoff was sent somewhere other than payoff center for US Bank, to me that is a failure in Ringler's payoff department at the dealership. I have an exceptional credit rating and they almost caused a blemish on it, not good!!!! More
