Best ever vehicle purchase experience I’ve purchased enough vehicles during my lifetime that I’ve come to dread going to a car dealership even if I’m just going to “look”. You know, the h I’ve purchased enough vehicles during my lifetime that I’ve come to dread going to a car dealership even if I’m just going to “look”. You know, the high pressure, you’ve-taken-up-my-time-so-buy-it attitude that too many car dealers have? Much to my surprise and delight that didn’t happen at this dealership. I was happy with my current 2015 RAV4 LE but it just didn’t have the towing power I needed to achieve my dream of pulling a camper while visiting different areas of the country. My salesperson, Richard Hill, listened intently as I extolled my dreams and needs. Then he took me out of the showroom and onto the lot to look at a 2019 Highlander.and I think it was love at first sight for me — especially when Richard told me the price. I didn’t want all the bells and whistles and Richard had shown me exactly the vehicle I’d wanted without pressuring me into purchasing a more expensive one than I had asked to see. Because Richard and all the other people at this dealership were relaxed and not pushy, I was able to relax, too, and make a decision. The whole process was really the best experience I’ve ever had purchasing a vehicle. I highly recommend shopping here first. You’ll be glad you did. More
