Friendly, outgoing, informative, great prices I have owned many vehicles from Don Ringler Toyota and the last 4 Runner leased was so pleased with the lease option went into have rountine oil chang I have owned many vehicles from Don Ringler Toyota and the last 4 Runner leased was so pleased with the lease option went into have rountine oil changed etc and checked with Tony Williams sale representative about what to do when lease up in a few months. He was very helpful and I said might want to upgrade to a TRD Off Road 4 Runner. We looked at one on lot and liked it so much and all the information he provided, decided to trade in current 4 Runner for a upgraded newer TRD Off Road 4 Runner that same day. Went with another lease and plan to completely purchase this one when lease is done. He was such a great help in trying to decide if we wanted to order a TRD Off Road 4 Runner in a color and etc we wanted or go with the 2019 they had on lot at moment. We decided to go with the one on the lot. We have always had excellent service with the sales representatives and this was first time meeting and working with Tony. He provided us with the great customer service that we have always experienced when purchasing or leasing a vehicle there. Any questions we had were explained and highly satisfied. Kim was excellent with finalizing the finance and explaining added insurance options also.
