His last car was purchased 12 years ago, so he was looking for a specific Jeep, and it had to be just right for him to make the move. When we saw this Jeep on the Don Ringler website, we immediately contacted Quintin, who I had worked with previously regarding a trade-in. Q immediately went out and checked the status of the Jeep. It was just traded in, so it had to go through the usual tune-ups before we could test drive it. Unfortunately, we had to go out of town the day it was available, but Q was nice enough to keep an eye on it until the following day when we could make it in. Because we couldn’t make it that day, he sent us a video of the Jeep, including an overview of all its features both inside and out. When we arrived the next day to test drive it, there were two other people waiting in case we didn’t buy it, they even offered to pay over the asking price if they could get it first. Q remained faithful to us, and advised them that’s not how they did business, but if we didn’t purchase the car, they would have next dibs. Needless to say, we fell in love with it immediately and left with it that night. Unfortunately, the others left empty handed. Overall, our experience at Don Ringler was amazing. Kim in finance is so pleasant & personable. Q was awesome. He went above and beyond, wasn’t pushy, and made the buying experience very stress free. Still to this day, if I have any questions I reach out and he responds immediately. It was a wonderful experience for us and we love our Jeep! More
