We traded her old Rav 4 in and received a generous trade. We purchased and all went so smoothly. We received no pressure and excellent customer service. Almost impulsively, we took a late-afternoon trip (much of it in rain) to check it out ... Needless to say, we drove it home that night. Our 2015 Highlander Limited (CPO) was pristine and for a fair price... and there was none of the "let me go ask my manager" games of other dealerships. Matt and Kim were great and we appreciated them staying well-beyond-closing-time to close our deal (I know that "staying late" is part of the deal when you work in sales but their smiles never wavered even though I'm sure their day was at least as long, if not longer than mine and I know that I was getting a bit 'hangry' myself at the end...). Will definitely keep DRT on our radar for the future and, without hesitation, recommend them to others. More
