My son bought his first car here two weeks ago, and they treated him so good, that when I got the "new car bug" they are the ones I turned to. From the first contact w/ Richard Hill, which included his close contact via phone and text.. he answered all of my questions in real time, and working closely with the Sales Manager - Johnny to give me a deal that I couldn't pass up - allowing me to make a decision within a few hours - all without having to go in and spend hours at the dealership. No games are played here.. They give you their best offer - bottom line. I was willing to drive an hour and a half to go in and sign the paperwork and within an hour was driving away with my new Toyota Highlander - Limited Edition.. Every employee there made me feel appreciated as a customer and I will definately go back for future new car needs. I absolutely love my new Toyota Highlander! More

I found myself looking for a new truck after I gave my old 2010 Dodge 1500 Ram to a project manager I just hired. My first choice was a Dodge Ram but thinking about how big and not fun they are, I started looking into Tacomas since that was the very first new vehicle I bought in my life back in 1993 and I had great memories about it. I fell in love with the newer models in Austin after I tested one. Driving by Temple on my way to a business meeting with the City of Fort Worth officials, I decided to stop at Don Ringler Toyota. Well, I could not have made a better decision, Richard Hill is an amazing sales person: Knowledgeable, helpful, a good listener and willing to do anything to make sure a buyer leaves with a good taste in his/her mouth about buying a vehicle. I was never pushed in any way about purchasing the truck (something I have experienced before at other dealers). The whole process took a lot less time than I expected. Guess what, now I am waiting for the second Tacoma to arrive for my General Manager. These are the first 2 of many Trucks that we are going to be purchasing from Don Ringler. We are already considering buying a Tundra for the field in the next six months. I also want to give special Thanks to Kimberly Smith! More

I contacted the dealership and quickly got a response from one of the representatives. Arriving to the dealership I told my wife to be ready for one of those high pressure sales tactics. Well everything was completely different. Mr Q. provided excellent customer service, took care of us in a quickly and timely manner as well as our finance guy Mr Tighe. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. I know I'm coming back to buy another vehicle from them. It is totally worth the 9 hour drive. P.S.
