Selling car to buyer in saint Louis county should provide emission inspection. They firstly lied that they have done it but could not find the paper file.(but no sticker on the window) And they asked me do i emission inspection. My son and I went to buy a RAM truck and had problem after problem with paperwork, pricing, and then financing lied to us and even after writing a check to buy the truck outright and completing the paperwork, they wouldn't let us drive it off the lot, and said we would have to come back days later to get it. Then the 30-day temp tag was only a 3-week temp tag, and they refused to give us a new one. More
