Rob from Downey Hyundai was a pleasure to work with. We wanted an EV and it held it for us as we drove from San Diego (with a deposit over the phone of course). However as usual, once we met the finance person they attempted the usual upselling and I mistakenly bought GAP insurance. It took almost four months to cancel and get a refund. In summary, picking out the car was fine but the dealing with finance after the purchase was a forgettable experience. More
