DISHONEST DEALERSHIP IN DOWNEY! Watch out for Miguel, as he is perceptibly dishonest! Furthermore, this dealership is filled with dishonest and and generally unpleasant people. I went in today to test drive a pre-owned vehicle, and upon arrival at the dealership I was approached by Miguel. While waiting for them to prepare the vehicle, I overheard one of the sales managers and sales representatives referring to a prospective customer as an expletive which was to say the least extremely off putting. Very shortly after beginning the test drive Miguel asked me about my credit, and he was constantly trying to steer the conversation towards financing. When It came down to the numbers the dealership was asking about six thousand dollars for add-ons beyond the asking price of the vehicle, so after a bit of back and forth over the course of 5 minutes I was given a second quote with the add-ons waved. I then said how much I was willing to pay for the car and Miguel neglected to approach his manager with my offer. Upon expressing I was leaving I asked to take the quote home that I’d been given, and Miguel said it was against company policy for me to take the quote home, so I wrote the information down. Finally, Miguel said that the price I was given today wouldn’t be honored tomorrow, which is clearly indicative of just how dishonest Miguel was. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP UNLESS YOU WANT TO DEAL WITH PEOPLE TRYING TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU AND HOW MUCH YOU’RE WILLING TO PAY, BECAUSE THIS DEALERSHIP WILL TRY AND OVERCHARGE THE UNWITTING CUSTOMER.
