In attempting to purchase a new vehicle, I was forced to speak with more than 5 different people, told multiple times that the payment I was wanting to achieve was not possible. 6 Hours later, I drove away speak with more than 5 different people, told multiple times that the payment I was wanting to achieve was not possible. 6 Hours later, I drove away with the payment being $250/month less than the originally presented costs. Term was the same and I added $1000 to my down payment. I'm now dealing with an issue with my Digital Key that they don't seem to understand. More

As much as I would love to leave a positive review I just can’t customer service was terrible every time I tried to get a hold of my Hyundai service guy who helped me I could hardly ever reach him I would al can’t customer service was terrible every time I tried to get a hold of my Hyundai service guy who helped me I could hardly ever reach him I would always get told to hold and wait but would never get to talk to him on top of that after my car was serviced and fixed I noticed my cars hood no longer could stay open and before I took it it worked perfectly fine so just overall a pretty bad experience.
