Our rep Mike was very hard to reach after closing our deal. Although some of them are really friendly people. But some of them definitely need to improve their customer relations. Not a good sign & custo deal. Although some of them are really friendly people. But some of them definitely need to improve their customer relations. I scheduled the service appointment back in May to get the recall fixed on my vehicle and to fix the issue regarding the clicking of my steering wheel. This location did not have any next-day appointments available on their online portal. I scheduled an appointment for late July. I came in, the overall service was great and the advisor went above and beyond in making sure my needs were met. The parts that needed to be replaced was affordable. However, I would have to say that the labor costs were way over my budget and too expensive for what it is worth. I wish it was more affordable for longtime customer. More

Not professional. . unhelpful.. very rude.. Sent me away in a car that didn’t work.. had to miss another day of work just to go get my car fixed after weeks without it . unhelpful.. very rude.. Almost got hit by a semi truck getting on the freeway cause my car had hardly any power. My car was filthy inside and out.. More

I had an appointment at 9. Arrived at 9am. Ricardo checked me in. I heard another tech say the wait was 2hrs with an appointment. But Ricardo got me in and out within an hour Arrived at 9am.
