I was able to negotiate the mark-up from 20% to 12% with Shay and Sergio(who were extremely helpful). However, I feel that the finance office snaked in the $1,500 factory rebate in to the mark up. Once you’re physically there, they are kind and accommodating. But if you’re not and are trying to reach them by phone, it’s nearly impossible.
