I was a first time car buyer, let me tell you, they have helped me so much in great deal. They were honest and informative. I was car shopping at other dealership, such as the Jeep dealerships down the road, they were very inconsiderate, rude, unhelpful, and discouraging. However, Hyundai dealership was the opposite. Willingly knowing I was a first time buyer, they sat down with me and broke it all down in order for me to understand the dos and donts. I am very and extremely thankful and appreciative of them giving me that time in order for me to understand. Because of this, I purchased my Jeep that same day. Hands down, this is the dealership I’m recommending to anyone who is not only a first time buyer, but also looking to purchase. Agree sales team is always great. Service needs improvement. Never received a call that my car was ready tried calling no one answered the line I had to call 4 times waited 1/2 hour Service needs improvement. Then get there and see them just hanging out. Seriously thinking of going to another dealership that is further but offers better service pity though because this one is so close. More
