I knew what I wanted going into the dealership, which was a 2022 Elantra. Cindy was a great help in getting me the vehicle of my choice and such a pleasure to work with. With her and her boss Johnny’s help w a 2022 Elantra. Cindy was a great help in getting me the vehicle of my choice and such a pleasure to work with. With her and her boss Johnny’s help we were able to make a fair deal where I didn’t feel pressure to make a purchase. They were even able to beat the rate for my bank that I brought. I don’t recommend this dealership. It seems like a dealership that preys on the uneducated and will say any lie to earn your business. After you purchase a car it is impossible to get anyone on the ph dealership that preys on the uneducated and will say any lie to earn your business. After you purchase a car it is impossible to get anyone on the phone with any questions you may have. It’s been two weeks and they haven’t processed my trade in and I’m still waiting for them to give me a call back. And yes I call them everyday and no one is able to help me. This is a 0 star rating.
