I was NOT very impressed with the service this time around. I had to ask for the 27 point inspection because it was not given to me like once the service was one. I had such a great experience at Downey Hyundai. The salesperson I worked with, Sergio Youssef, was phenomenal. Sergio took the time to answer all of my questions and address all of my concerns. He even salesperson I worked with, Sergio Youssef, was phenomenal. Sergio took the time to answer all of my questions and address all of my concerns. He even reworked numbers for me several times in order to present me with an agreement that worked for me. From there, he carefully and thoroughly explained the agreement so I knew exactly what I was getting myself into. I had never purchased a brand new car before, and Sergio made the experience so much easier than I had anticipated—he was honest, thoughtful, and personable from the moment he introduced himself to me. Give this man a raise and/or an award of some kind! More
