Downey Hyundai responded immediately to my email, when I found the vehicle I wanted. They called, and texted me lots of photos, answering questions, etc. We had the transaction completed within a week, and found the vehicle I wanted. I was NOT very impressed with the service this time around. I had to ask for the 27 point inspection because it was not given to me like once the service was one.
