So disorganized, no communication between departments or employees. Most of the people at this dealership are so pathetically rude for no reason- got yelled at unprovoked by someone in service after a booki employees. They always xxxx up and then play nice to make up for it- never just do things the way they should the first time around. More

Our experience at Downey Hyundai was nothing but five star. Jackie was extremely helpful and communicated every detail throughout our entire process.
