My only complaint is that there is no 'expected wait time' when you make an appointment for a specific job. Lot's of email reminders but no one said a "two and half to three hour wait" until I walked in time' when you make an appointment for a specific job. Lot's of email reminders but no one said a "two and half to three hour wait" until I walked in and that was hard for me, otherwise, everyone is really nice and it has A/C and coffee (and bad Fox 11 TV on all day long) and easily accessed bathrooms and a few vending machines and everyone wore their masks. I chose this center over a number of others within the same or near distance range because they had the best reviews. One was half the distance but also half the stars. I'm glad I came here. It's difficult to find anyplace anymore where the employees pretty much all seem agreeable. Downey Hyundai has managed to create a very balanced atmosphere. Kudos! "How well did the dealership sanitize the vehicle?" - I didn't see anything obvious in this 'required vehicle sanitation' process that we are asked to rate. Did they use the paper mats on the floor and stuff? Yes, and that has always been a basic thing to do. Did they like wipe everything down and clean etc? No, not that I could detect. I had to respond with 'not applicable' for the Covid related vehicle protocol questions because we aren't present when that stuff is supposed to be happening. Maybe change that questioning or leave a visible proof of disinfection? Like a sticker or a mint. A strip of paper on the steering wheel? LOL I don't know but I can't tell anyone what they did or did not do after taking my car back and it was as 'dirty/clean' when I got it back as it was when I left it. More
