I was helped by Shay and I believe Moe. Overall the experience was superb. I was able to go in and out with a new car within 2 hrs. They were very clear in the communication and made sure I was taken c experience was superb. I was able to go in and out with a new car within 2 hrs. They were very clear in the communication and made sure I was taken care of. They also were very respectful when it came to to the price and was able to come to an agreement smoothly and quickly. I really appreciate their transparency and effort to actually make the customer feel important. The only small issue I had was the car itself had some defects such as a small small scratch and a misaligned hood(we came to the conclusion that its just the design of the new 2021 Elantras as all of them had this issue to a varying degree). Well done Downey Hyundai! More
