I had an appointment and arrived on time. When I arrived, the service representative appeared stressed out and was overly rude, as he checked me in. He told me that my service, which was scheduled to be for the service representative appeared stressed out and was overly rude, as he checked me in. He told me that my service, which was scheduled to be for approximately one hour was going to take four hours and because they were short staff. He advised me to contact the corporate office when I asked him why I was told one hour when I made an appointment and he was telling me four hours. I only had an oil change done, which took almost two hours and the additional service and recall update was not done. More

Honestly I wouldn’t recommend this place , as I was signing the contract for my new Auto . There’s was stuff that was added and I asked directly what that was and I was assured that it was just a break signing the contract for my new Auto . Went to get oil change and a noise coming from dash. Apparently the AC actuators were defective. Got all taken care of with Humberto and the crew.
