I was very happy with this dealership. Unfortunately when there was a minor defect in the panel on the vehicle I was told to come into the service department I took the day off work I drove down there and wh there was a minor defect in the panel on the vehicle I was told to come into the service department I took the day off work I drove down there and when I got there there was no record of me supposed to be there. A gentleman came and looked at the car and dismissed my concerns by showing me that other vehicles on the lot that are brand new have all kinds of defects this did not instill positive thoughts about Hyundai and it really made me rethink my decision to get into business with them. Unfortunately I already purchased the car which besides for this minor issue I love the car. But I will never go to this dealership again and I may get another Hyundai in the future. The salesperson that I dealt with was very nice and friendly up until the time I was turned away from the service department at which point I never heard from him again. More
