I arrived with no expectations to Downey Hyundai, but I left impressed with the speed and courtesy of everyone in the Hyundai family. I was able to meet people in the sales department, finance and service left impressed with the speed and courtesy of everyone in the Hyundai family. Mauricio was exceptional as a service technician and Albert gave me his business card in case of any questions me or my wife may have, in terms of finance. I drove off the lot with a brand new Elantra 2021 and I am excited to put the global pandemic, caused by the deadly COVID-19 virus, in the rear view mirror, and set my sights on the future.
