Richard kindly helped me set up my appointment and Carlos wrote up my Minor Service and Cabin Filter replacement. I was going to use an Uber to get to my friend's home in Downey but the Uber was going to take too long so my friend picked me up from the dealership. Before we were done with lunch, I got a voicemail saying my car was already done!!! That was quick!!! I have been going to Downey for 3 years since I purchased my Kona!!! Everyone at Downey Hyundai has always been so kind and helpful to me especially Carlos!!! I was so happy to come and get my shiny, clean Kona!!! Thanks everyone so much!!! My only wish is that somehow they would extend their maximum drive home radius more than 5 miles to Cerritos. I find Cerritos Hyundai substandard to Downey Hyundai in every way that's why I always drive from my home in Cerritos to get my service done at Downey Hyundai instead!!!!!!! Also, I did request my old Cabin Filter to see how dirty it had gotten in 3 years but the mechanic threw it away in the dumpster!!!! More
